  When we rent we rent for long periods like 7-10 years at one location. The professionalism of your staff is beyond excellent, they are very accommodating and understanding.  It helps to know that we can also talk to them on a personal level as well and that says a lot about your management.  Thank you for the tenant appreciation day, we met our neighbours and they also speak highly of our apartment management.

And I would have to say Kelson Group is by far the best on seeing that everything gets done from maintenance issues to problem tenants in a very professional manner. It is very comforting to know that Kelson Group really cares about our safety.   Kathleen Lewis was the manager when we were evacuated from Fort Mac.  She was so helpful in getting us located.  She was kind and considerate.  If not for her, I doubt that we would ever have chosen to rent the apartment.  Overall, good service from Kelson Group for accommodating us.  We are eternally grateful.
