Top representatives from the Kelson Group were thrilled to receive the Business of the Year Award along with the Community Service Award at the recent 30th annual Kamloops Chamber of Commerce/TD Business Excellence Awards. This was the first time the company received such a tremendous honour through the local Chamber. In accepting the award, founder and president Ron Fawcett noted his organization¹s greatest asset is its location, in the community of Kamloops, with easy access to other cities in BC and Alberta where the company owns and manages properties. Fawcett also acknowledged the dedicated Kelson staff members who provide exemplary day-to-day customer service, several who have been with Kelson for decades.

Kelson Group owns and manages more than 50 quality residential properties, featuring clean, attractive suites, in nine communities throughout Western Canada. The company has been in operation since 1974 and, today, is one of the largest private owners and managers in Western Canada.
