We currently own and manage residential and commercial real estate in British Columbia and Alberta. Our primary focus is residential apartments with over 45 properties located in Kamloops, Prince George, Abbotsford, Langley and Kelowna, British Columbia and in Alberta we are in Edmonton, Leduc, Sherwood Park and Grande Prairie. We also own and manage four commercial properties in downtown Kamloops which we proudly call home.
We are proud members of Landlord BC and the Alberta Residential Landlord Association. Our charity of choice is the United Way - Jason Fawcett, V.P. & General Manager of Kelson Group is a board member for the Kamloops chapter.
Kelson Group is a family owned company that started with our first property over 40 years ago in 1974 and have established a long-term vision to maintain and hold our properties long into the future.
