We currently own and oversee more than 50 residential and commercial real estate properties in BC and Alberta. Our primary focus is residential apartment buildings, which are located in Kamloops, Prince George, Abbotsford, Langley and Kelowna, BC and in Edmonton, Leduc, Sherwood Park and Grande Prairie, AB. We also own and manage four commercial properties in downtown Kamloops, where our head office is located.

Our company is a long-standing member of Landlord BC and the Alberta Residential Landlord Association, and the management team has served on the BC board in various capacities through the years. Our charity of choice is the United Way, an organization that provides opportunities for our company to become involved in the process of helping others in our communities in an ongoing way.
Kelson Group is a family owned company that started managing its first property over 40 years ago in 1974. We have established a long-term vision to maintain and hold our properties well into the future. We believe in maintaining our properties to a high level and keeping customer service a priority. Kelson Group is owned by Kelson Investments Ltd and Roses Ice Cream Ltd. and F&N Developers (1974) Ltd. which have both been in operation since at least 1974 when F&N bought our first building in Kamloops that we still own today called Arrowstone Manor. Since our inception, we have expanded in British Columbia and Alberta, making us one of the largest private owners and managers in Western Canada.
