The Carlton was well kept and the tenants that I did talk to were happy to be there.  One thing was because Paul Tarko is managing it, couldn't ask for a better person. Always quick to fix something that didn't work properly.  A fine man to have him run your building. High five to Paul. You're lucky to have a person like him. Thanks for returning the security deposit.
